To reserve your accommodation at The Lodge you are required to accept our terms and conditions for your booking.

Payment

A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking with full payment required within 30 days of the start of the booking.  The deposit can be made on line or by Bank Transfer to be made within 24 hours of making the booking on line, failure to do this will result in cancellation of the booking.

We accept payment by via Stripe, which accept Credit and Debit Cards or by Bank Transfer, details will be provided by email following receipt of the booking.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before arrival.

You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel less than 48 hours before arrival.

If you do not show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

General

The minimum age for booking The Lodge is 18.

Smoking is not allowed within the property.

A single dog is allowed on request for an additional payment of £20.  We reserve the right to inspect the property for damage following the reservation and you agree for a charge for damages, if any, caused by having a dog in the property.

Parties/events are not allowed.
